Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on accurate descriptions, and high quality images, but we do sometimes make an error in our descriptions, or condition statements. We also realize that you can get caught up in a purchasing frenzy, or just feel that you don't really like the image as much as you originally did. Therefore we offer a two tier refund policy.

• The item must be grossly mis-described (I.e. An Ambrotype described as a Daggureotype, or an item described as near mint that is damaged in such a way as to be clearly not near mint, etc).
• You must notify us in advance of returning the item so we can discuss the reason for the return.
• The item must be returned via the same shipping method as it was originally shipped to you, and in the same package, or equivalent.
• Refunds will be made via a merchandise credit e-voucher, or a PayPal reversal plus return shipping, minus insurance. The refund method is your choice.

2. Buyer Remorse Policy.
